Lighting a Beloved Ponteland Restaurant
We are proud to deliver this bespoke hospitality lighting and control installation for Say When, a newly refurbished restaurant in Ponteland. The project focused on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that complemented the venue’s modern interior and dining experience.

How did we help?
Through carefully selected pendant lighting, feature wall lights, and discreet integrated LED strip lighting, we helped transform the restaurant into a warm and inviting space with a strong atmospheric feel.
Each lighting element was chosen to enhance both the customer experience and the interior design, creating a balance between functional lighting and ambient mood throughout the venue.

Intelligent Lighting Control
To elevate the project further, we incorporated KNX lighting controls to provide flexible control over lighting scenes, brightness levels, and overall ambience throughout the restaurant. This allows the atmosphere within Say When to transition seamlessly from relaxed daytime dining to a more intimate evening setting, while also improving day-to-day usability and efficiency for staff.
