The most successful technology is often the technology you barely notice. From the first fix onwards, every electrical and technology requirement was considered as part of the home's design.
This project was about creating a home where technology feels natural rather than added on. We carefully planned the electrical infrastructure, data connectivity and AV requirements alongside the interior design, ensuring everything was positioned exactly where it needed to be.
From sockets and data points to the TV distribution link and WiFi access point, the infrastructure was installed with both performance and aesthetics in mind.
The result is a clean, considered finish where the technology is there when you need it, without competing with the design of the space.

Lighting That Shapes the Space
Lighting was designed in layers, combining architectural illumination with functional lighting to create a space that changes with the atmosphere and the way the room is being used.
The lighting scheme incorporates concealed LED lighting within the coffered ceiling, anti-glare recessed downlights and integrated LED lighting within the shelving.
Each element was considered for its position, output and visual impact, creating a balance between ambient, accent and functional lighting.
The concealed lighting brings warmth and depth to the room, while the recessed downlights provide practical illumination without creating unwanted glare.
Integrated shelf lighting adds another layer of detail, highlighting the architectural features and objects within the space.

Behind the finished walls is a complete technology infrastructure designed to bring connectivity, entertainment and audio together throughout the home.
A whole-home audio system was installed alongside recessed speakers, allowing music to become part of the environment without introducing bulky equipment into the room.
The combination of structured data, WiFi connectivity, TV distribution and integrated audio provides the foundations for a connected home that is ready to perform today and adapt to future technology.
